about

a picture of distance: music from my university dorm in a transitional period of my life.

I set out in november 2015 to step outside my jazz sample comfort zone and create as much music as I could from my humble dorm room setup in between assignments and exams. this is a collection of some of those songs which I believed came the closest to working together--to say; an ambient gathering of newer hip hop sounds and remixes.
